What govelah collects

The short version: an email address if you make an account, the trips you save, a visit count from Google Analytics unless you switch it off, and a partner cookie if you agreed to one. Nothing is sold.
Your account
An email address and a password we never store in readable form. Delete your account and it goes with it.
Trips you save
Destinations, dates and the items you added. Kept so they're there when you come back, and visible only to you.
Booking partners
Clicking through to a partner sends them a code identifying us, so a booking is credited here. They set their own cookies and have their own policies. This only happens if you accepted partner cookies.
Visitor numbers
We count page views with Google Analytics to see which pages get used. It sets a cookie so a return visit is counted as one visitor; the IP address is anonymised and nothing that could identify you personally is kept. Switch it off with the button below and it stops counting you from then on.
Your choices
Change your cookie answer at any time using the button below. Ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it goes too.

Write to [email protected] and we'll answer. For anything about your account or your data, write from the address you signed up with and say what you'd like: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We answer within a month. If you have any request, you can connect with us.
