Terms of use

govelah helps you work out what a trip costs and points you at partners who can sell it to you. We don't sell travel ourselves, and that shapes everything below.
About the prices
Figures here are estimates from our own cost model. They are not quotes, not offers, and not bookable. The price that counts is the one the partner shows you at the moment you book, and it may differ from ours.
Booking with partners
When you follow a link to a partner you are their customer, not ours. Their terms, their cancellation policy, their refunds. We may be paid a commission for the referral, which never changes the price you pay.
Getting things wrong
Visa rules, costs and weather change, and we won't always be first to know. Check anything that matters with the authority that decides it before you rely on it, especially visa requirements.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You can delete your account at any time from the account page, and everything attached to it goes with it.
Paid plans and refunds
govelah is free to use; saving a trip is paid. A Trip Pass saves one trip and unlocks the full planner on it (lines of your own, unlimited plain-language edits, a share link for up to 5 people, and print); Lifetime unlocks it on every trip, with unlimited saved trips, a share link for up to 15 people, and the fare index and holiday fares pages, for as long as govelah runs ("lifetime" means the product's, not yours). A Trip Pass is used the moment it is applied to a trip and cannot be refunded after that; before it is applied, it can. Lifetime can be refunded within 7 days if the account has made little use of it. Either is refunded in full if govelah failed to deliver what you paid for, including a payment taken twice. Prices are in rupiah and include any tax due. To ask for a refund, write to us from the email on your account.
Changes
We'll update these as the product changes. Continuing to use govelah after a change means you're happy with it.
